Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction:  These terms and conditions govern the relationship between RG Solicitors and its clients. By instructing us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services: RG Solicitors will provide legal services to the best of our abilities and with reasonable care and skill. Our legal services will be provided in accordance with the instructions you give us, subject to our professional obligations and ethical standards.
3. Fees Our: fees for legal services will be agreed with you in advance and will be based on the time spent on your matter and the complexity of the work involved. We will also provide an estimate of the likely costs and will keep you informed of any changes to this estimate.
4. At any point during the case, you are entitled to retract your case from our services, However, any expenses incurred up to that point will be the client’s responsibility and solicitors or admin staff will draw the till-date cost structure.
5. Payment: Our fees are payable upon receipt of an invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments. We may also require payment of a retainer or a deposit before commencing work.
6. Confidentiality: We will keep all information relating to your matter confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or with your express consent.
7. Liability Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our negligence or breach of contract is limited to the amount of our professional indemnity insurance. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any other cause.
8. Termination You may terminate our engagement at any time by giving us written notice. We may also terminate our engagement if we have a conflict of interest or if you breach these terms and conditions.
